Description
Joiner Hall North Carolina School for the Deaf Morganton, NC
The North Carolina School for the Deaf (NCSD), is a day/residential facility for the education of children who are deaf and hard of hearing. It is located on a beautiful and historic 160 acre campus in Morganton, NC.
This hall was built in 1930. It was fenced off after it started crumbling. NCSD has petitioned the state to demolish the building. The two halls on the way to demolition are Joiner Hall and Goodwin Hall, which are part of the Primary complex.
