This school building was built in 1926, by architects Mark & Shefali in the Collegiate Gothic style. One of Jacksonville's most unique adaptive reuse projects, 1951 Market Lofts was once Corinne Scott Elementary School. The company bought the 80 year old school building and spent $ 1million and made it into loft apartments. The school served Springfield from 1924 to 1991.
