Falling Creek Methodist Church and Cemetery is located in Lake City, Florida. It was originally a Baptist church until 1866 when it became a Methodist church. The log cabin was replaced by the current frame building sometime in the 1880's. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1996 (NRIS #96000359).
