Oakland City Hall 2, FL. Oakland is a town in Orange County, Florida. Built as the bank of Oakland in 1911, Town Hall served as a bank until 1928. The building is a one-story masonry brick in a Colonial Revival Style. In 1928 the town purchased it and renovated as a town hall.
