The Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church is a historic site in Nassauville, Florida. It is located on County Road 107. On August 28, 1998, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
The abandoned building leaned beneath the weight of time. It was in need of restoration. On 14 July 2002 the historical marker was unveiled and this marked the restoration of the decaying church. This building now stands as a historic landmark.
This church was established in 1870, by Sam Hooper and his native American wife. later a band of Africans of Native American descent moved to this area called Nassua. This church became the center of social activities for the community.
