Commercial buildings located on North Jefferson Avenue in Eatonton, Georgia. The two buildings were built circa 1901 and during the 1950's were home to Segar's Cleaners and Segar's Grocery. They can be found at 110 and 108 North Jefferson Avenue. They are contributing buildings on the National Register of Historic Places (NRIS #75000605) and a part of the Eatonton Historic District.
