Description
Levy Building located in Jacksonville, Florida. It was built in 1927 with decorative terra cotta molded with leaf and griffin motifs except for its granite base. The building was designed by Marsh and Saxelbye. For many years it operated as a luxury department store known as Levy's and later Levy-Wolf. The store closed in 1984 and is now an office building. It has also been called the Saxelbye building.
