First Baptist Church located in Vidalia, Georgia was originally called Gethsemane Baptist Church and also Vidalia Baptist Church. The sanctuary was built in 1924 after an earlier sanctuary was sold to the Primitive Baptist Church. This sanctuary is now used for church youth activities.
