Artwork Elks Building Jacksonville FL. The historic Elks Club Building is located in the heart of downtown Jacksonville, Florida. It was built by architect Roy A. Benjamin in 1925 and completed in 1926. It is built in the Mediterranean Revival style. This shows the artwork on the door and windows.
