Taliaferro Memorial Building
Description
Taliaferro Memorial Building located in Jacksonville, Florida was built between 1923-1924. James P. Taliaferro donated the funds to build the Sunday School building for St. John's Cathedral in memory of his wife. It was designed to be compatible with the English and Gothic themes of the older sanctuary. It has Celtic crosses on the gables, buttresses, Tudor arches, and window tracery, and is constructed of Indiana limestone.
