Description

Civil War monument to the Union Army located on the grounds of Evergreen Cemetery in Jacksonville, Florida. This figure of a Union soldier was erected by the O.M. Mitchel chapter of the Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) on May 30, 1891. Evergreen Cemetery is on the National Register of Historic Places (NRIS #11000157).
