Bulow Plantation Ruins
Description
Bulow Plantation Ruins well located in Flagler Beach, Florida. Bulow Plantation was a sugar plantation built by Charles Wilhelm Bulow in 1821. After the plantation burned to the ground during the Seminole War of 1836, it was abandoned. The ruins of the sugar mill, slave cabins, wells and plantation house are all that remains. It was designated a State Historic Park and is on the National Register of Historic Places (NRIS #70000185).
