Description
Former Kirkland School located in Kirkland, Georgia. This abandoned building can be found on Kirkland Church Road. This may have been the lunchroom or the shop building. The school was built in the Spanish Mission Revival architectural style and when completed consolidated several smaller schools in the area. This architectural style was popular during the 1910's-1920's. It is unknown when the school closed.
