Description
Springfield Woman's Club Jacksonville, FL. The Springfield Woman's Club is one of the oldest Woman's Clubs in Florida. Originally founded in 1904 by the women of Springfield. On May 4, 1904, Mrs. Benjamin F. Dillon invited other ladies of the neighborhood to join her in an organization she intended to call "The Springfield Improvement Association." which later became the Woman's Club.
