Description
EWC Lee-Cousins Administration Building, Jacksonville, FL. Edward Waters College is the oldest institution of higher learning in Florida. The oldest private institution of higher education in the state of Florida was founded in 1866 specifically to educate newly freed slaves.
It was built in 1925, of red brick, and later renamed as Lee- Cousins Administration Building.
