  • Where to go on the library website to access Library Guides and start your research strong.

We walk through nursing-focused resources you can find through the library’s Database List, including:

  • CINAHL (including the built-in PICO search form link)
  • PubMed (plus MeSH subject headings)
  • Visible Body: Human Anatomy Atlas
  • Cochrane Library (trials, strategies, topics)
  • Clinical Nursing Skills Video (Alexander Street)
  • Nursing & Allied Health resources
  • AccessPhysiotherapy (interactive anatomy modules, lectures, and more)

We also note that some library databases now support natural language searching and AI-enhanced features to help you refine results.

We also spotlight SimX, a VR clinical simulation tool where students can practice treating a virtual patient in realistic scenarios—available in the VLC on all 28 Meta Quest 3 headsets.
