Description
Filming a commercial for Offshore Power Systems (OPS), a 1970 joint venture between Westinghouse Electric Company and Newport News Shipbuilding and Drydock to create floating nuclear power plants at the Port of Jacksonville. No plants were ever built. Offshore Power Systems, Three Oak Plaza, 8000 Arlington Expressway, Jacksonville Florida.
