A one sheet brochure for The Seminole Hotel, Jacksonville, Florida, and the hotel was managed by Charlie Griner. At top: A room and a bath for a dollar and a half at “Jacksonville’s Leading Hotel”. The brochure lists the room rates and amenities provided by the hotel. The amenities included a combination tub and shower bath, radio, electric ceiling fan, slat door for summer ventilation, inner spring mattresses and individual reading lamps for every room. Addition charges listed --Reduced Charges: Local phone calls – 5c, Pressing Men’s Suit – 35c, Dry Cleaning Men’s Suit – 75c, Laundry – Same as City Laundry Prices, Coffee Shop – Extremely Moderate Charges. The steel fireproof building was located in Downtown Jacksonville on the corner of Forsyth Street and Hogan Street. PALMM
