Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic had severely hit the global economy. Many enterprises have come to the critical moment of survival. The international supply chain finance, assuming a significant positive role, can alleviate an enterprise facing a financial dilemma. Due to the current turbulent environment, international supply chain finance also confronts a lot of risks. The paper aims to focus on the risk of the warehouse receipt pledge financing model, which is widely used in international supply chain finance. We propose a new risk evaluation index system for the risk of international supply chain financial warehouse receipt pledge model, using the Structural Equation Modelling. The paper explains the influencing factors of the financial warehouse receipt pledge model on the international supply chain during this pandemic. This study provides valuable insights for managers to mitigate the risks in international supply chain financial warehouse receipts pledge and offers future research opportunities to international supply chain scholars.
