The Columbia County courthouse is located in Lake City, Florida. It was built in 1905 in the Classical Revival architectural style and designed by Frank Pierce Milburn. Previous log structures (1848, 1860, 1867, and 1874) burned. This is a contributing building on the National Register of Historic Places (NRIS #93001157).
