Description
The former Plaza Hotel is located in Jacksonville, Florida. It reopened in 1904 as the Plaza Hotel after the Great Fire of 1901 destroyed the former private residence August R. Bexley. This Masonry Vernacular style building served as hotel until 1913 when it once again became the private residence of the Bexley family. Now used as office space, it is on the National Register of Historic Places (92001698).
