This is the Old Library in downtown Bainbridge, Georgia, built in 1989. Leslie Harrell, wife of businessman Mike Harrell, owns the brick building at 200 W Broughton Street, which will become the new church, as the Bainbridge City Council approved a conditional use request by the owner. Most recently it was rented out for private functions, and the downstairs was used as a photography studio.
