Millen is a city in Jenkins County, Georgia. It is the county seat.
The Pal Theater opened in 1940 with seating listed at 454. It is built in the Art moderne style. The theatre continued as a movie picture theatre through the end of the 1960’s.
After the theatre closed as a movie house it was renovated by the Jenkins Co. Development Authority and has been operated as the Olde Pal Theatre & Civic Center. The most recent renovation to the theatre was on 28, Mar. 2007 when a new marquee was installed. Olde Pal Theater is used today for plays, concerts, etc.
