The Pal Theatre opened in 1928. It was operated by Brice Enterprises . The noted theater architect Roy Benjamin , was contracted to design the theater. It was closed and opened after some renovations. Now it is permanantly closed. It is a historic theater in the historic downtown of Vidilia, in Georgia.
