Congresswoman Fowler and others encourage the viewer to start donating or increase their donations to United Way as government funding is cut back. A few women give their testimonials about how much Hubbard House helped them out of abusive relationships. The viewer is reminded of the short time we have to pack up a home in the event of a natural disaster and how United Way is there to help in the aftermath.
